Bayern Munich emerged victorious over Real Madrid in a thrilling UEFA Champions League Final on Saturday, winning 2-1 on penalties after the match ended 1-1 in extra time.

The match was a back-and-forth affair, with both teams having chances to win it in regulation. Real Madrid took the lead in the first half through a goal from Cristiano Ronaldo, but Bayern Munich equalized in the second half through a goal from Thomas Müller.
